Dr. Robin Baker is a native of Cincinnati. She is excited to return home after many years away for her education. After graduating from Amelia High School, Dr. Baker attended The University of Toledo, and completed her Bachelor of Science degree with honors in biology. While at Toledo she was also a 4-year letter winner in NCAA division 1 women’s soccer. She was named to the All Mid-American Conference academic team her senior year. After Toledo Dr. Baker continued her education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she graduated magna cum laude with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In order to further her foundation in dentistry she completed a 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. From there she practiced as a general dentist in San Antonio, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, while her husband was serving in the United States Air Force. She then returned to The Ohio State University to complete her orthodontic residency program.
Dr. Baker is an avid soccer player, but also enjoys anything that involves being active and outdoors, photography, and spending time with her family. She and her husband Andrew have a daughter Emma, dog Tanner, and are welcoming a new son John very soon. Dr. Baker has been involved in organized dentistry through many organizations including: The American Dental Association, The Ohio Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Orthodontists just to name a few. She is currently working toward achieving certification with the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Baker is looking forward to meeting and having the honor of working with you and your family!
